If you call DirecTV at 1(800) 347-3288 you can let them know that you forgot/lost your parental control password. Once they ask you a few questions to confirm your account they will reset it back to NO PASSWORD over the satellite. You will need to know whatever info you have on record , name, phone number on account, to have them reset it.
