I don't know it this will work for you but I had the exact same problem just a little over a week ago. I tried everything and nothing seemed to work. Finally, after getting very frustrated, I tried logging out of everything and restarting my computer. IT WORKED!!!!! I hope it works for you as well.

that's weird that happened to me a couple hours ago, maybe try cutting your PC off and then turning it back on, let me know if that works
