Just installed a Direct TV DVR and have learned that the remote will not control the volume on my Dennon AVR1906 reciever. If there are codes for the Dennon reciever that will control the DVR that would also be a solution.Romote Control for denon 1906 reciever and Direct TV DVR.?
Try these Directv codes for Dennon. 30004, 31104, 30160, 31360
Instructions Set the ';Mode Switch'; to AV 2.
Press and hold the ';Mute'; button and the ';Select'; button until the visible LED blinks twice.
Enter the 5 digit Code above.
Hope this has corrected your volume issue.
